Your role as Managing Partner:

The Managing Partner will be responsible for building and leading Yllw's Nordic business. This includes establishing an office outside Sweden and contributing leadership, communication, and change management skills.

To carry out this mission, you will:

  • Identify and recruit a high-performing team with local expertise and outstanding track records.
  • Take full responsibility for the local P&L, ensuring the region tracks according to budget.
  • Define and reach business goals, focusing on growth, profitability, and recruited partners.
  • Identify new opportunities and build partnerships with local clients, suppliers, and architects.
  • Grow direct and indirect sales, dealing with clients and partner sales.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience from management consulting or high-growth scaleups, managing fast-paced teams.
  • Strong experience driving transformational initiatives in sales operations, leading companies from 'good to great.'
  • Knowledge of data, metrics, and KPIs to create insights and drive sales.
  • A proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams and sharing core values at Yllw.
