
Business Expansion Leader

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue Growth: Secure new clients and expand opportunities with existing customers to drive revenue growth.
Identify and Win Opportunities: Identify high-potential opportunities, craft winning sales strategies, and close deals.
Global Collaboration: Support and lead cross-border digital sales opportunities.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with operations, pre-sales, partners, and customer care teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans that meet our digital targets.
Commercial Negotiations: Handle commercial negotiations and ensure pricing strategies are optimized.
Sales Plan Execution: Create and execute a Sales Plan that fuels market growth and delivers results.
Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, particularly at the C-level, driving new business opportunities.
Requirements:
A strong track record in business development, with a knack for hunting down new accounts and growing a broad customer portfolio.
Significant experience in solution sales, with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at the senior level.
A solid understanding of the Norwegian business environment.
Experience in selling complex solutions to large organizations.
A proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level.
Fluent in both English and Norwegian.
