Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Norwegian branch expansion as a Lead Account Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market strategies, and leading a team of sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
  1. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends;
  2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth;
  3. Manage and close sales deals while maintaining a strong customer relationship;
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  5. Monitor and report on key sales metrics.
Sales Leadership:
  1. Coach and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets;
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
  3. Lead by example by demonstrating exceptional sales and leadership skills;
  4. Contribute to the growth and development of the sales team.
Requirements
  • A degree in business, economics, or a related field;
  • Strong sales and leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change;
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
