In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market strategies, and leading a team of sales colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends;
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth;
- Manage and close sales deals while maintaining a strong customer relationship;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics.
- Coach and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets;
