At Johnson Controls in Oslo, Norway, we have a unique opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) division as our new Service Sales Account Manager.

We specialize in the sale, design, and delivery of tailored Building Automation Systems for industrial applications, commercial buildings, and energy centers across the globe.

As a member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced, international matrix environment and have a passion for delivering high-quality service solutions to customers primarily around Oslo.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Estimate and generate new service agreements with customers together with internal stakeholders.
  2. Negotiate existing service contracts with customers.
  3. Generate economical overviews for multi-year contracts for our customers.
  4. Process owner of price lists for all customer agreements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with national terms and conditions and legislative standards.
  6. Provide outlooks for new and cancelled service contract agreements.

Requirements
  1. Proficient in navigating dynamic environments of international organizations with matrix structures.
  2. 5+ years' experience in service sales within Building Automation System solutions or similar fields.
  3. Experience in effectively guiding sales teams and attaining significant sales objectives.
  4. Demonstrated ability to drive change management and influence stakeholders.
  5. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Ability to communicate with customers/stakeholders on all levels in an organization.
  7. Technically oriented background/education within Automation or Building Automation Systems.
  8. Collaborative, convincing, and credible in interactions with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  9. Drives accountability and results.
  10. Experience working in Salesforce or similar sales tools.
  11. Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian.
