Solution Sales Manager

About the Role
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating demand, managing pipelines, and closing opportunities for SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.
- They will develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions and conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- They will work with the wider account team on sales campaigns, manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level, and progress opportunities for move to cloud/expand footprint accounts or accounts that are new to the solution area.
- They will leverage deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes, as well as stay informed about SAP's competition and value drivers.
- They will utilize SAP's comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs, build customer participation in relevant SAP communities, programs, and events, and facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem.
About You
- You have experience selling Integration, Automation, Quality Assurance, and/or Technology platforms, and management of large, complex sales cycles with expectations to achieve quota.
- You possess strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at the CXO level, and experience hunting for new business and expanding our business relationships in existing accounts.
- You have minimum of 5-10 years of similar working experience, and hands-on knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Teradata, Informatica, MapR, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudera, Hortonworks, or other associated data management technology.
- You are able to forecast/manage sales cycles, and successfully close new business, with proven problem-resolution, communication, planning & organizing, and execution skills, business development, prospecting, and presentation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and territory/account development.
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree.
