- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
- Proven experience in service sales within Building Automation System solutions or similar fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
- Strong analytical and technical skills to analyze customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian.
