Your role as Managing Partner
The Managing Partner in Norway will play a pivotal role in expanding our Nordic business, including establishing a presence outside of Sweden. As an ambitious leader, you'll contribute exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills to Yllw.
You'll capitalize on your experience as a commercial leader and coach of sales talent to drive success in this role. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering a high-performing team of local experts with a proven track record of successful partnerships.
- Full P&L responsibility for the local market, ensuring regional performance meets budget expectations.
- Establishing and achieving business objectives centered around growth, profitability, and partner acquisition.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with local clients, suppliers, and architects.
- Growing direct and indirect sales by collaborating with clients and partner sales teams.
- Ensuring all strategies and operations are tailored to the local market, taking into account customer preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with central management and HQ teams to address operational, product, or improvement-related issues.
