Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert SME prospects through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted sales efforts.

  • Account Expansion: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale expansion efforts (excluding renewals).
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain and develop a structured pipeline, providing weekly forecasts to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of how Kahoot enhances corporate communication, learning & development, and effectively communicate its value to customers.
