We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Development & M&A team as a Director of Green Energy Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and other business development initiatives.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of renewable energy production and operations in Norway. Your expertise in investment banking, M&A focused consulting, or corporate M&A teams with a focus on Indian renewable energy sector will be invaluable in helping us achieve our company goals.
You will lead and coordinate due diligence processes to evaluate investment opportunities in the Indian renewable energy sector. You will also develop and review detailed financial models, considering industry and project-based assumptions, and perform cash flow, profitability & valuation analysis including DCF.
Requirements- Postgraduate degree such as MBA from leading Indian or global institution or CFA or CA.
- Extensive working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience of operating and navigating in a multi-cultural and multi-country environment.
