Project Overview
The project "Targeting Epigenetic dysregulation in Sarcoma" aims to identify Sarcoma weaknesses by combining knowledge about genetic alterations and epigenetic aberrations. We seek a highly motivated Computational Biologist for Cancer Project to join our team and contribute to the development of algorithms and software to analyze chromatin and epigenetics data.

Your Responsibilities
As a Computational Biologist for Cancer Project, you will be responsible for developing open-source functionalities to analyze chromatin and epigenetics data, ensuring high accessibility, interoperability, and reproducibility. You will also work closely with our team to identify Sarcoma weaknesses by combining knowledge about genetic alterations and epigenetic aberrations.
