Vi vokser og søker derfor etter flere medarbeidere til vårt kundesenter på Furuset i Oslo. Vi ser etter deg som søker en deltidsstilling. 

Kundesenteret er sammen med butikkene JYSK ansikt utad og vi jobber hver dag for å levere fantastiske kundeopplevelser.

Vil du bli en del av et ungt miljø med høyt tempo og takle utfordringer sammen med inspirerende kolleger? Er du resultatorientert, proaktiv og samtidig opptatt av å levere de aller beste kundeopplevelsene til våre kunder?

Du må være komfortabel med å kommunisere med kunder både muntlig og skriftlig, og se løsninger hvor andre ser problemer. Er du også lidenskapelig opptatt av salg? Da kan du være den perfekte kandidaten for oss

Ditt hovedansvar vil være å håndtere kundehenvendelser gjennom alle våre innkommende kanaler, som består av telefon, e-post, chat og sosiale medier.

Er en sterk kommunikator både skriftlig og muntlig, på både norsk og engelsk Er fleksibel, fremoverlent og målrettet Trives i en hektisk hverdag, er en lagspiller og håndterer flere oppgaver samtidig Er strukturert, besluttsom og tar eierskap til enhver henvendelse Tilegner deg raskt ny kunnskap og evner å holde deg oppdatert og relevant Er komfortabel med å jobbe etter konkrete mål, har konkurranseinstinkt og tenker alltid på kundens behov Er lett å samarbeide med og gir av deg selv for at teamet skal prestere best mulig. Er robust og står godt i utfordrende situasjoner har interesse for og motiveres av salg

Mandag til Torsdag: 08 - 18
Fredag: 08 - 17
Lørdag: 10- 16 

I en to ukers periode vil du jobbe 1 lørdag og 3 ukedager.
