Oppgaver

Som kundeservice spesialist vil du være vårt første kontaktpunkt for å støtte kunder som sykehus, legekontor, apotek og våre viderforhandlere. Du vil spille en sentral rolle i å sikre utmerket kundeservice gjennom hele kundereisen og støtte vårt kommersielle salgsteam og forsyningskjede.

Dine ansvarsområder vil inkludere behandling av ordre gjennom våre ERP-systemer, e-post, telefon, salgskonsulenter eller vår webshop. Du vil kommunisere proaktivt med kunder om den servicen vi tilbyr, gjennomgå ordrestatus og vedlikeholde åpne ordre daglig, undersøke og løse utfordringer for kunden i samarbeid med andre avdelinger og støttefunksjoner. Du vil også håndtere daglige kundehenvendelser om priser, lagerbeholdning, levering og generelle spørsmål.

I rollen vil du samarbeide tett med andre avdelinger for å sikre nøyaktighet av data i SAP, oppdatere kundekontoinformasjon og kommunisere med salgsteamet, varelagret og teknisk support. For å levere utmerket kundeservice, er det viktig å ha god kunnskap om produkter, lagerbeholdning, distribusjon, spesielle krav, prosedyrer og kampanjer.

Hva vi ser etter

Vi ser etter en kandidat med erfaring innenfor kundeservice eller en kundefokusert rolle - erfaring innen helseindustrien er fordel. Du bør være dyktig i MS Office-programmer og komfortabel med IT-systemer. Erfaring med SAP eller andre ERP-systemer er en fordel. Du må også beherske flytende norsk og ha gode kommunikasjonsevner på engelsk.

For å lykkes og trives i rollen som kundeservice spesialist er du proaktiv, engasjert, fleksibel og har et ekstra øye for detaljer. Du bør være løsningsorientert og serviceinnstilt, ha evne til å samarbeide effektivt i team og arbeide selvstendig. Vi streber etter å være proaktive overfor våre kunder og levere den best mulig service gjennom hele kundereisen. Derfor er det avgjørende at du kan bygge og opprettholde sterke kunderelasjoner, som sikrer at våre kunder alltid føler seg ivaretatt og fornøyde.
