Title: Manager Tenders & Public Grants at Circle K eMobility

We are seeking a proactive and structured Manager - Tender & Grants to join our Commercial Development team. In this role you will develop strategies and processes for our eMobility tenders and public grants opportunities, working in close collaboration with our business units in Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic minded problem-solver to support our growth journey by developing efficient structures and ways of working within large Tenders & Grants process across Europe.
About the eMobility Commercial Development Team:
The eMobility Commercial Development team, where the Tender & Grants function will be located, is a newly formed team with the aim to increase our EV market share by supporting our colleagues in the European countries with execution and development of our eMobility tenders and public funding.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement tender strategies in alignment with eMobility and Circle K goals Maintain roadmap of all European tenders, ensuring cross-functional communication to optimize our Tenders & Grants participation Identify and leverage European public funding opportunitiesProcess Optimization
Provide Circle K business units with tools and guidance to navigate local eMobility tenders effectively Standardize tender processes and procedures to optimize efficiency Conduct thorough business case analysis for new ventures and existing operationsDevelopment & Improvement
Stay up to date on relevant market trends within the eMobility sector Collaborate with product development and other internal departments to align offerings with market demands Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across our business unitsYou have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, economics or similar 3-5 years of experience within business development, commercial development, consultancy, tender management or similar Experience across various sectors is valued (candidates familiar with the international eMobility landscape is valued) Business acumen Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in developing and operationalizing strategic initiatives. Proficient in financial analysis and project managementWe Offer:
