Job Description
As a graduate at Equinor, you’ll be joining 21,000 colleagues delivering oil, gas, wind, and solar power to 170 million people worldwide. By 2050, we aim to become a net-zero company and deliver the energy the world needs without contributing to global warming. It’s one of the defining challenges of our time and attracting and developing the brightest minds will be critical to our success.
The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations.
The position
Equinor’s most important asset is our people and in People & Organisation (PO), we provide advice, support, specialist services and operational services to all areas of the company. Each business area has its own PO teams that secure the implementation of PO processes, support leaders, deliver on needs specific to each business area, and ensure compliance to our processes.
We’re looking for graduates with an open mindset, positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, high ethical standards, strong communication skills and an ability to handle ambiguity. You’ll be part of a 450-person strong team located all across the globe.

Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within HR, Organisational Psychology, Pedagogics, Law, Management, Change management, Human Resource Management, Organizational theory or other HR relevant studies, Master of Business Administration.Completed degree by the year of starting (2024).
Fluent in English. Formal experience is not a requirement. Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.Your personal qualities:

Team player with the ability to work and deliver results in a diverse environment.
