The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations.
The position
Cost Estimation & Analysis’ (ESA) purpose is to provide estimates and analysis that support decision making in Equinor. We play a vital role in Equinor's strategy to optimize our oil and gas portfolio, accelerate renewable growth, and lead in high-value, low-carbon projects.

When joining our team in Cost Estimation & Analysis you will have the opportunity to work with:
Preparing and delivering facility CAPEX estimates for a global portfolio of oil and gas and offshore wind projects. Collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, project control, and project management teams, fostering teamwork and cooperation. Developing and analysing project benchmarks and key cost figures to enhance project performance and shape strategic direction. Identifying and analysing risks, contributing to risk analysis alongside the project team. Continuously improving and developing our tools, processes, and methods to ensure ESA is well-equipped for the current project portfolio and the low-carbon future of energy.Join us in ESA means you'll actively contribute to shaping Equinor's success and make a meaningful impact in the energy industry.

Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within technology, engineering, statistics, economics, business administrationor similar.
Completed degree by the year of starting (2024). Fluent in English. No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience. Formal experience is not a requirement. Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.Your personal qualities:
