Job Description
As a graduate at Equinor, you’ll be joining 21,000 colleagues delivering oil, gas, wind, and solar power to 170 million people worldwide. It’s one of the defining challenges of our time and attracting and developing the brightest minds will be critical to our success.
The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations.
The position
In Strategy and Business development, you’ll be part of ca. 300 professionals across all of Equinor. We work in both centralized corporate functions and within different business areas. Our aim is to bring together corporate strategy, business development and mergers & acquisitions to actively drive and shape the corporate development of Equinor and deliver on our strategy.When joining our team in Strategy & business development you will have the opportunity to work with:
Identifying new market and investment opportunities.Driving business growth.
Analysing data and provide strategies for improvement.
Specific work tasks will depend on your competence profile, assignment and business tasks, but we guarantee you that you will be exposed to impactful opportunities that can shape all of Equinor.

Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within Finance, science, engineering, business management.Completed degree by the year of starting (2024). Fluent in English. No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience. Formal experience is not a requirement. Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
