Key tasks:

Register customer complaints in the system, communicate with customers and partners, facilitate complaint resolution, and monitor timely completion of all related actions. Register appeals, communicate with customers, assist the Quality Manager in the preparation and handling of appeals, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Monitor the progress of customer complaints, appeals and non-conformities. Ensure response deadlines comply with the Norwegian Public Administration Act. Assist in preparation of legal cases.  Facilitate the registration of certificates suspensions and withdrawals. Ensure that all necessary actions related to certificates suspensions and withdrawals are completed in a timely manner. Ensure all documentation related to complaints, appeals, suspensions, and withdrawals is properly archived according to DNV policy guidelines. Reporting to regulators and accreditation bodies. 

Personal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage stress and pressure effectively, especially under tight deadlines. Ability to be structured and organised.  High attention to detail. Experience working independently. A collaborative and appreciative approach to teamwork.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of two to three years of experience. Relevant experience in legal fields, quality or public administration is preferred. Experience in working within a multicultural environment. Fluency in English and Norwegian is required.
