Hydro Aluminium Metal jobber hver dag for å forbedre sikkerheten for alle våre ansatte og ha de høyeste standarder for alle våre operasjoner.

Vi søker en engasjert og dedikert sikkerhetsperson til vårt forbedrings- og sikkerhetsteam i Aluminium metall (AM) som skal bidra til å forberede vårt sikkerhetsarbeid. Dine arbeidsoppgaver
  • Bidra i vårt generelle sikkerhetsarbeid gjennom ansvar for å lede utvalgte forbedringsprosjekter Støtte verk, både i Norge og internasjonalt i deres sikkerhetsarbei
  • Utvikle nye kurs og treningsmateriale etter behov
  • Utvikle og forbedre etablerte standarder og prosesse
  • Utforme system og prosess for sertifisert og dokumentert sikkerhetstrening
  • Bidra til Security arbeid i AM ved behov

Dine kvalifikasjoner
  • Høyere utdannelse innen relevant studieretning, Mastergrad er ønskelig
  • Flytende i engelsk og et skandinavisk språk
  • 3-5 års erfaring fra industri, helst innen sikkerhet
  • Erfaring med digitale verktøy og metoder
  • Erfaring med å lede tverrfaglige team/prosjekter
  • Erfaring med security er en fordel, men ikke et krav

Hydro Aluminium Metalls produksjonsenheter har lang erfaring, og kan vise til gode resultater fra arbeidet med kontinuerlige forbedring. Vi har et velutviklet konsept gjennom Aluminium Metal Business System (AMBS), som henter inspirasjon fra Lean Manufacturing og Six Sigma.

Vårt forbedringsarbeid er organisert gjennom et sentralt AMBS team ved hovedkontoret i Oslo med forbedringsteam tilknyttet de ulike fabrikkene. Det sentrale teamet støtter forbedringsarbeidet på fabrikkene og rådgir forretningsområdets ledelse.
