Key Account Manager Unilever
Vi søker etter en offensiv KAM. Vi har høye vekstambisjoner i Norge. 3,4 milliarder mennesker i over 190 land bruker våre produkter hver dag. Vi er en utfordrer i norsk dagligvare og andre kanaler i Norge. Vi søker en forretningsorientert Key Account Manager (KAM), som vil spille en nøkkelrolle i vårt salgs team. I stillingen vil du samarbeide tett med teamene innen kategori, finans, marketing samt andre avdelinger for å drive vår vekststrategi. Stillingen inngår som en del av KAM teamet i Norge, og rapporterer til Salgsdirektør.
Ditt ansvarsområde
Du vil være hovedansvarlig for kundeforholdet og du vil ha ansvaret for salgs- og lønnsomhetsutviklingen samt markedsandelsutviklingen til kunden for Unilever. Du vil sørge for gode verdiskapende relasjoner og samarbeid både internt og eksternt.
Styrke og utvikle Unilevers kunderelasjoner på kort og lang sikt
Ansvarlig for forhandlingsplaner, gjennomføre års-, prisforhandinger og implementering av kjedeavtaler
Planlegge, presentere og gjennomføre nyhetsmøter og kundemarkedsplaner
Kontinuerlig analysere, identifisere og iverksette tiltak for å sikre oppnåelse av definerte KPI'er, blant annet omsetningsvekst og lønnsomhet
Initiere og drive kategoriprosjekter i samarbeid med kunde
Aktiv leveranse av fellesprosesser innen budsjettering, estimering, prognose og øvrige planer
Sikre en sterk kampanjeplan og gjennomføring

Den ideelle kandidaten er positiv, selvgående og proaktiv. Du bør ha god vurderingsevne og en solid forståelse av forretningsdrift. Analytisk, strategisk og resultatorientert og du trives med å løse komplekse utfordringer. Du er pålitelig og har evner til å bygge relasjoner eksternt og internt.
Du er en person som helst har erfaring fra dagligvarebransjen og som har oppnådd synlige resultater innenfor salg og kategoriutvikling. Du må like å ha mange «baller i luften» ved arbeid med forskjellige kategorier og mot mange kontaktpunkter, både eksternt og internt.
Nøkkelkvalifikasjoner:
Erfaring som KAM eller lignende stilling fra FMCG, fortrinnsvis dagligvare
Erfaring med strategisk samhandling med kunde og krevende forhandlinger, fortrinnsvis dagligvare
Gode presentasjons- og kommunikasjonsegenskaper både skriftlig og muntlig
Sterke analytiske ferdigheter og god forretningsforståelse
Høyere relevant utdanning innenfor fagområdet (marketing/økonomi/finans/salg/kategori)
Relevant arbeidserfaring fra økonomi, salg, markedsføring, kategoriutvikling av merkevarer innen FMCG
Flytende norsk og gode engelskkunnskaper
