Join our team to drive the growth of a leading global SaaS in construction and manufacturing life-cycle assessment (LCA), amplifying both our business and positive climate impact.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team, working to decarbonise buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and understanding customer needs to help them find solutions that ensure their success with our software. This is partially an outbound sales role, focused on engaging with both existing and potential customers to expand our market presence. In this role, you will primarily be working with manufacturing companies in Sweden and across the Nordics.

What you will do:
  • Hunt and close strategic new business sales in Sweden
  • Be part of expanding the offering of EPD tools in the Manufacturing sector
  • Keep up to date on developments around LCA and EPD standards, PCRs and practices
  • Educate prospects on the value and opportunities of LCA tools, EPD and low-carbon construction
  • Support our LCA software product development where needed
  • Attend industry events around the Nordics, when necessary
What you need:
  • We are seeking someone with a proactive, hunter mentality in sales
  • Ability and motivation to maximise the potential of assigned territory
  • Motivation to help others succeed and to find solutions to their obstacles
  • Preferably an understanding of LCA/EPD and their importance in the construction/manufacturing industry
  • Preferably 3+ years of B2B Sales and Account management experience with a successful track record of growth
  • Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly, using what works
  • Customer- and results-oriented attitude and a hands-on approach
  • Curious, with the ability to understand a client's perspective
  • Full proficiency in Swedish, and fluency in English as it is our working language. Additional Nordic languages for bonus points
What we offer:
  • Work in a growing business that helps bring about a zero-carbon future
  • Substantial freedom – with no fixed hours and remote working supported
  • Challenges, substantial responsibility and the chance to see the results of your work directly
  • Competitive compensation, performance bonus and opportunity for professional development
  • A dynamic, friendly, motivated and diverse team of top-notch professionals
  • Great colleagues, social events and ability to contribute to market transformation
Interested?

Don't hesitate and apply We are eagerly waiting for your application until 13 April 2025. Applications are reviewed upon receipt so please apply promptly to be considered.
