En av våre kollegaer innen dellager og service skal gå av med pensjon, og vi søker nå etter en salgsrepresentant for deler og tjenester (PSSR rolle: Parts & Service Sales representative).

Du vil være en nøkkelperson for lageret og utsendinger av deler. Du vil være dele-ekspert og gi god service til kunder for å finne den riktige delen. Vi ser nå etter en selvstendig og strukturert salgsrepresentant som liker å ta stor eierskap i sine ansvarsområder.

Som Parts & Service Sales Representative er du strukturert, selvstendig og opptatt av å yte god betjening og service internt og eksternt.

Vi tror du trives med selvstendig arbeid, har eierskapsfølelse og høy gjennomføringsevne. Du er god på å strukturere hverdagen din, og å prioritere arbeidsoppgaver effektivt i en hektisk hverdag.

Du vil ha din arbeidshverdag inne på hovedkontoret på Hagan og vil være en del av vårt salgsteam. Du vil rapportere til Country Director Norway.

Ansvarsområder:
  1. Ansvarlig for lageret og oppgaver knyttet til ordre og leveranse innen deler, herunder hele prosessen fra A til Å.
  2. Oppfølging og opprettelser av reservedeler-lister, ordre og tilbud sammen med kunder.
  3. Planlegge og gjennomføre leveranser av reservedeler.
  4. Bidra med førstelinje-service overfor våre serviceteknikere, serviceledere, leverandører og kunder.
  5. Behandling av kundehenvendelser, innkjøpsordrer og bekreftelse på pris og vilkår ift. avtaler og kontrakter.
  6. Utarbeide og gjennomføre kontrakter for deler.
  7. Vedlikehold grunndata og lagerstyring.
  8. Plukking, pakking og beregning av fraktkostnader.
Kvalifikasjoner:
  1. Relevant bransjeerfaring / erfaring innen lager- og logistikk er en fordel.
  2. Strukturert og nøyaktig med god evne til å holde oversikt.
  3. Opptatt av kvalitet og har høy gjennomføringsevne.
  4. God på samarbeid og bidrar til et positivt arbeidsmiljø.
