
After Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of After Sales Business Developer in Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective after sales strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing after sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Collaborating with our technical support, quality, and warranty teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall quality.
- Coordinating spare parts deliveries and ensuring timely implementation of our customer-centric approach.
- Working closely with dealer partners to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual after sales objectives and KPIs.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to dealer partners on after sales best practices and procedures.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.

- A valid driver's license for EU countries.
