Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our Norwegian branch and lead the development of our sales strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating revenue, motivating colleagues, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of the competition;
    • Work closely with our Country- and Regional Managers to deliver market insights and identify business priorities;
    • Forecast revenue and potential business growth on an ongoing basis.
  • Customer Acquisition
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and fuel our sales pipeline;
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers;
    • Achieve personal budget targets by guiding clients through our sales cycle and closing deals;
    • Ensure local customers become ambassadors and drive referrals using available resources;
    • Monitor and report on predefined business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Leadership
    • Coach and support other sales colleagues to ensure successful ramp-up;
    • Motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve and surpass goals, maintaining high performance standards;
    • Promote and protect our team culture and values;
    • Lead by example, closing deals and managing sales cycles effectively;
    • Contribute to overall business improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A successful track record in business or sales, or experience in finance with a desire to transition to a sales challenge;
  • A Master's Degree in business and/or economics;
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English; familiarity with local business culture is beneficial;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling challenges and change.
