About the Role

As a highly skilled Executive Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading vendor teams to achieve sales targets and manage outsourced operations. Your strategic approach and ability to inspire and motivate teams will be key to your success in this role.

You will maintain strong vendor relationships, track performance, and ensure quality sales across Norway. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and outsourced operations, as well as experience in setting and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will also have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor teams to achieve sales targets and manage outsourced operations
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and track performance
  • Ensure quality sales across Norway
  • Manage regret vendors and steer outsourced operations
  • Achieve budget targets and manage competition budgets
  • Lead contract negotiations and build strong vendor relationships
  • Maintain control over sales quality and performance
  • Provide strategic insights for decision-making and negotiations
