We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Nordics. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and expansion with our largest enterprise customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and expansion
- Lead a regional team of sales executives to achieve business objectives
- Manage team performance, develop talent, and coach regular basis
- Engage with customer executives to support account strategy implementation
- 5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software
- Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization
- Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries
- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
