About the Role

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team of sales executives in driving growth with our largest enterprise customers in the Nordics. As a seasoned sales leader, you will develop and execute strategies to expand and develop existing named accounts, achieving assigned financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a regional team of sales executives to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Manage team performance, develop talent, and coach regular basis
  • Engage with customer executives to support account strategy implementation
  • Guide team through complex change, providing an inspirational picture of the future state
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software
  • Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization
  • Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries
  • A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
