Om StillingenVi søker etter en teamleder som kan lede vårt team av dyktige utviklere som arbeider med utvikling av egen programvare, slik som COWI Tools, samt integrasjoner og utvidelser av en rekke tredjepartsprogrammer. Du vil være engasjert i både interne og eksterne prosjekter og sørge for at teamet leverer innovative og effektive løsninger som møter dagens og morgendagens forretningsbehov.
Ansvarsområder- Identifisering og automatisering av repetitive og manuelle prosesser
- Utvikling av prosjektspesifikke funksjoner og verktøy som gir våre leveranser det lille ekstra
- Utvikling av kvalitetssikrende verktøy for våre leveranser
- Markedsføring og kommunikasjon av teamets kompetanse og muligheter det gir prosjekter
- Kontinuerlig forbedring av leveranser og infrastruktur ved hjelp av Azure DevOps
- Utfordrende tekniske fagområder innen ingeniørteknikk
- Utforming av nye arbeidsmetoder og forretningsmodeller i et konkurransepreget marked
Vi ser for oss at du har:
- Høy teknisk kompetanse og evner å sette deg inn i løsninger på et teknisk detaljert nivå
- Erfaring fra utviklingsteam og god kjennskap til smidige metoder, kontinuerlige leveranser og DevOps
- God erfaring med et objektorientert programmeringsspråk, helst C#
- Erfaring med versjonskontrollsystem, som for eksempel Git
- Høy grad av eierskap til programvaren
- Erfaring innen design og utvikling av brukergrensesnitt
- Gode kommunikative evner
- Beviste lederegenskaper
- Gode skriftlige og muntlige ferdigheter i norsk og engelsk
- Muligheten til å bygge opp din kompetanse med spennende prosjekter
