Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Ownership: Take full commercial ownership for all inbound Purchase Orders and Variation Orders, ensuring alignment with our overall commercial execution strategy.
- Commercial Excellence: Drive commercial awareness and excellence within your area of responsibility, securing escalation and renewals of Service Contracts.
- Contractual Negotiations: Be the single point of contact for the negotiation of all Purchase Orders within your area of responsibility, ensuring that all Quotations and Variation Orders are established in accordance with the terms of the Service Contracts.
- Communication: Maintain a system for tracking commercial communication, including RFQs, Quotations/VORs, POs/VOs, Scope & CTR input to/from Operations and Engineering, and provide feedback to Sales & Tender.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably in the commercial area of the business.
- Skills: Strong commercial understanding and experience, proven negotiation skills, excellent cooperation and teamwork skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for creating and developing new initiatives.
