About the Role

This position is focused on sourcing and cultivating new leads through remote selling prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. You will collaborate with sales teams to facilitate the sales process and build trust with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate customer interest and need for our portfolio using various outreach channels.
  2. Promote the value proposition of our portfolio to potential prospects and customers.
  3. Maintain a pipeline of potential customers by ensuring regular follow-ups from events, courses, and social media interactions.
  4. Closely work with Territory Managers and account management teams for a seamless customer experience.
  5. Utilize CRM software for transparency between teams, tracking sales activities, managing contacts, and reporting performance metrics.
  6. This role will be measured by set KPIs.

Requirements

  1. Proven inside sales experience required.
  2. Dental or similar/equivalent education or experience an advantage.
  3. Able to comprehend complex products and demonstrate passion about dental implants.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Result-oriented; capable of growing net sales and customer base.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, building strong customer relationships.
  8. Willingness to occasionally travel with Territory Managers.
  9. Fluent in Norwegian language and strong English skills required.
  10. Having a proactive and agile mindset, seeking opportunities within the role.

This role primarily involves remote selling; however, occasional participation in national events and courses outside normal working hours may occur. Co-traveling with Territory Managers may be required from time to time.
