About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Foster new business opportunities through remote selling prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate the sales process and build trust with potential customers.
- Evaluate customer interest and need for our portfolio using various outreach channels.
- Promote the value proposition of our portfolio to potential prospects and customers.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential customers by ensuring regular follow-ups from events, courses, and social media interactions.
- Closely work with Territory Managers and account management teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software for transparency between teams, tracking sales activities, managing contacts, and reporting performance metrics.
- This role will be measured by set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven inside sales experience required.
- Dental or similar/equivalent education or experience an advantage.
- Able to comprehend complex products and demonstrate passion about dental implants.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented; capable of growing net sales and customer base.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, building strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to occasionally travel with Territory Managers.
- Fluent in Norwegian language and strong English skills required.
- Having a proactive and agile mindset, seeking opportunities within the role.
This role primarily involves remote selling; however, occasional participation in national events and courses outside normal working hours may occur. Co-traveling with Territory Managers may be required from time to time.
