We're seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team at the Efficy Group. In this role, you'll focus on prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach.

As a SDR, you'll be responsible for conducting initial outreach to prospects through various channels, generating interest and engaging potential customers. Your main task is to book qualified meetings to maintain a full sales pipeline and nurture potential customers through their buyer's journey.

You'll work closely with our Account Executive team to ensure a better customer journey for our customers. We're looking for someone with a talent for engaging potential customers, a proactive individual who enjoys taking on new challenges.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation roles, preferably with a focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and efficient.
  • Fearless and ready to take on any challenge.
