Sales and Business Development Professional

An Account Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base, collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive company growth and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster relationships with business developers and external partners to follow up on leads;
- Manage and fulfill one's own sales pipeline;
- Present software solutions to prospects through virtual meetings;
- Guide potential customers through the customer cycle via follow-up actions;
- Establish a network of C-level contacts through events, seminars, and daily market interactions;
- Take initiative and lead in ad hoc projects supporting the business.
- A Master's degree and at least two years of relevant experience;
- Excellent language skills in English and Norwegian; Swedish language skills are an asset;
- Versatile communication skills to effectively engage with C-level contacts;
- A keen sense for business opportunities and ability to convincingly present ideas;
- A strong interest in finance, entrepreneurship, and company operations, staying informed about relevant topics;
- Self-motivation, learning ability, perseverance, and adaptability;
- A variation-seeking individual who can work independently, determining their own agenda and priorities.
