Job Title: Scandinavian HEOR&HTA Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement reimbursement strategies for AbbVie's products in Scandinavia, including writing and submitting applications and negotiating with HTA agencies.
  • Conduct strategically important RWD studies/analyses for brand positioning and payer evidence, both for pipeline and existing products.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement market access strategies, including supporting customer meetings and developing health economic tools/materials.
  • Contribute to shaping the access/life science landscape and initiate activities to achieve AbbVie's vision.
  • Provide input to Europe/Global on affiliate needs and adapt models to Scandinavian requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Scientific, economic, or statistic/epidemiology degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HEOR&HTA or RWD projects/studies.
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one Scandinavian healthcare environment, including pricing and reimbursement processes.
  • Strong data analytics and model adaptation/development skills.
  • Proficient English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
