Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expansion within Wolt's corporate partnership portfolio. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the sales acquisition funnel, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying potential clients for our corporate partnerships.
- Developing and executing sales plans to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and account management, to deliver consistent results.
- Working closely with global sales colleagues to land large deals and expand our reach.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise settings.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Ability to quickly understand our product and communicate its value to clients.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a natural inclination towards ownership and entrepreneurship.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
