We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our global business development team, you will be responsible for establishing a scalable sales motion within the region, leveraging our SaaS platform to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within SaaS, cloud, or B2B software companies. They will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and drive collaboration across departments.

You will be expected to define, document, and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks, ensuring consistent results and long-term customer success. The successful candidate will also have experience working with CRM systems, driving data-driven decision-making, and managing sales forecasting and pipeline accuracy.

Responsibilities:
