We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative with a hunting mentality who is not afraid of week-over-week targets to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach.

Your main task is booking qualified meetings to maintain a full sales pipeline and nurturing potential customers through their buyer's journey. You'll ensure our CRM data is accurate and collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns by providing market insights.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably with a focus on outbound prospecting. Passion for Tech/SaaS landscape and for sales is a must, as well as fluency in Norwegian and English. Goal-oriented, organized, and efficient individuals are welcome to apply.
