No Isolation was founded in 2015 with a mission to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child. We developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Today, we have over 3,500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. We are positioned in the EdTech sector and offer a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.

Job Description:
In this role as Account Manager, you will contribute to our mission by developing and implementing sales strategies for profitable growth and long-term partnerships in the education sector. You will work closely with the Customer Success Team to find solutions for existing challenges and create optimal conditions for further growth. Your strong passion for solution selling and experience in market expansion will enable you to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to new customers in the education sector, including schools, local education authorities, foundations, and other funding bodies.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for profitable growth and long-term sales partnerships in your region.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to convert them into customers.
- Regular, strategic, and personal communication with existing customers to increase revenue while minimizing churn.

Requirements:
- Significant B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- A structured approach and experience in solution selling.

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the education sector and an existing network in the industry (ideally).
