This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Norwegian office as a Sales Operations Specialist. As part of our team, you will support sales operations in the region, analyzing sales data, managing customer segmentation, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by analyzing sales data, ensuring high data quality, and taking action to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, tracking different aspects of the business in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives and drive process harmonization initiatives.
  • Act as the local expert on sales policies, processes, and CRM systems, providing input on process improvements and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to address them.
  • Aid in implementing new technologies and tools to enhance sales performance.
  • Support sales leadership in developing and maintaining sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Participate in audits, providing input and coordinating efforts to ensure compliance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support functions.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, sales behaviors, and expected output.
  • Possess a high level of business acumen and customer focus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data, analyze it, present findings, and follow up on actions based on these findings.
  • Proactive, attentive to details, analytical, stable, and independent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills and Power BI.
  • Show an ownership mindset, be a problem solver, curious, and inspired to take action.
  • Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
  • Have a continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors, and widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian are essential for this role.
