Job Details

Job Summary: Hitachi Energy is seeking a Service Sales Manager to drive sales and develop their own customer portfolio.

About the Role: As a Service Sales Manager, you will cover the entire sales cycle for HVDC and FACTS/Power Quality services, from generating opportunities to identifying needs, presenting offers, negotiating, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for each customer.
  • Closing deals: Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Customer relationship management: Follow up on customers, offers, and contracts.
  • Service delivery: Work closely with technical experts to deliver service on Hitachi Energy's installed base of HVDC and FACTS installations.
  • Team collaboration: Collaborate with other functions and teams, both within and outside Norway, to support sales.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a higher education in electrical engineering or marketing/sales, solid experience in sales with profit responsibility, and fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
