At TN Norway, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Net New Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with at least 4 years of experience to drive business growth and expansion in Norway.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders. With a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
- Business Strategy: Create and present compelling business cases, calculate ROI, and align solutions with customer goals.
- Sales Execution: Write tailored proposals, lead negotiations, engage with C-level executives, close deals, and ensure smooth handovers to account managers.
