Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Clarion Hotel The Hub. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and ensuring that our kitchen operates at the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet the demands of our kitchen.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel operates smoothly.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving results.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning and preparation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
