Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and service-focused bartender to join our team at Clarion Hotel The Hub. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting expertly mixed cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the development of our bar menu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Quality assure service and product to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Contribute to the development of bar menus and recipes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and dynamic work environment
  • Handle payments and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy
  • Comply with Norwegian alcohol laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in bartending and mixology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
