We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a talented bartender to join our team at one of our 2 bars. As a bartender, you will be responsible for curating unforgettable experiences through your expertly crafted cocktails and attentive service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Serving food and drinks to our guests
  • Ensuring high-quality service and products
  • Contributing to the development of bar menus and charts
  • Assisting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Handling payments and adhering to Norwegian alcohol laws

The position involves shift work on weekdays and weekends. We offer various positions, including permanent and temporary roles, as well as extra help or on-call opportunities.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • A clear service focus and a positive attitude towards challenges
  • Relevant experience and knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles
  • Multitasking skills and ability to deliver high-quality results
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Norwegian
  • An alignment with our core values of energy, courage, and enthusiasm

Estimated salary: €30,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
