New Business Growth Manager

At TransPerfect, we are seeking a highly skilled New Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of global language and business solutions, we empower international brands and organizations to operate efficiently and effectively across cultures.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and providing exceptional support to existing clients. You will work closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell our portfolio, while also creating innovative solutions to improve our new business development strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients and co-workers
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services
We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Norwegian (CEFR Level 2 / native or bilingual). The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, including budget management and revenue projections.
