About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support before, during, and after delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and support to customers, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the lead point of contact for all technical issues.
  • Communicate client technical needs and demands to ABB, assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients, assisting in finding resources for projects and modifications.
  • Maintain overview and knowledge of the plant's operations technology, contributing to maintain plant integrity, uptime, and providing technology-specific input for optimal life cycle planning of the plant assets.
Requirements
  • Master/Bachelor/Technician in Automation or relevant discipline.
  • Good knowledge of automation with a background from the oil and gas industry.
  • Good knowledge of ABB's control system 800xA and Harmony.
  • Good knowledge of site standards and regulations.
  • Good writing and verbal fluency in Norwegian and English.
  • Independent, sociable, and cooperative.
  • Ability to work in a structured and targeted way with focus to reach good results.
  • Ability and a desire for professional development.
