About the Opportunity:

MERCUY MARINE offers a unique opportunity for a talented Area Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the company's growth and success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve commercial targets in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial targets in the assigned territory.
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve market share.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
