As a Senior Commercial Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the details and optimizing our sales processes, enhancing operational efficiency and driving the performance of our commercial team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Sales and Commercial Operations to monitor success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement streamlined commercial operations processes, ensuring global standardization and efficiency.
  • Lead communication and training efforts for the commercial team on processes and systems, including onboarding improvements and knowledge retention and upskilling across teams.
  • Standardize regional mediums within the commercial team to share best practices globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial operations, sales enablement or client management.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering sales enablement programs.
  • Experience working internationally is advantageous.
