
Sales and Partnership Manager in Oslo

Hiring for a Sales and Partnership Manager in our Oslo office. This role is responsible for managing channel sales programs and sales strategies, working closely with regional partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to collaborate with different project stakeholders, innovative approach to commercial negotiations, and good technical expertise to act as application consultant.
The role involves providing basic product training to partner's own sales teams, ensuring they have an in-depth knowledge of Helvar solutions to build consistent monthly revenues and guarantee end-user satisfaction.
Apart from these key duties, the Sales and Partnership Manager will also be required to become the local figurehead and thought leader for lighting controls, building a visible profile in the local community, and defining relevant Helvar advantages and competitor disadvantages.
