Purpose of Role

We're seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our expanding international team. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach and experience in software solutions-based sales roles.

We're passionate about increasing our customers' revenue and making shipping effortless by creating a unified platform for connected customers and partners. We need talented sales professionals to help us achieve our vision and mission.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in software solutions sales. You'll utilize your communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, from identified opportunities to handing them over to account executives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting our solution to potential clients.
  • Identifying client needs and recommending suitable products or services from our portfolio.
  • Developing long-term trusting relationships with prospects, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Reporting on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) results and improvement ideas to the Director of Sales.
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and market trends.
Competence and Experience:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven commercial and business acumen skills to develop business through outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Experience in presenting to, negotiating with, and closing at C-level.
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities across different organizational levels.
  • Ability to accurately forecast revenue based on current business opportunities.
  • Energetic & proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • University degree or any Sales Qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Experience in selling within the logistics / carrier / WMS / OMS / TMS / 3PL / e-commerce software industry is an advantage.
    • Flexible mindset and can-do attitude: Willingness to adapt to customer and organizational needs.
    • Track record of achieving quotas & KPIs.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
    • Must be fluent in English and Norwegian written, reading, and spoken.
    • Demonstrated high activity levels of outreach and prospecting.
