As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for streamlining policies, processes, and automations to enhance efficiency and address operational challenges.

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth through innovative solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and optimising collections strategies across multiple markets to improve repayment rates as volume grows.
  • Streamline policies, processes, and automations to enhance efficiency and address operational challenges.
  • Manage key collections functions, including outreach efforts and collections queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key collections metrics, ensuring SLAs are met and identifying trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operational role
  • Interest and experience in building automations to drive efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail - you always ensure things are running smoothly and don't shy away from diving deep into a problem
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
